Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room which overlooks the terraced garden.

We serve sausages, bacon and black pudding from Turnbull’s of Alnwick, an award winning family butchers who source their meat from farms in Northumberland.  For added local flavour I have selected their Northumberland sausage, which is flavoured with Lindisfarne Mead, honey and herbs.

The Craster kippers and smoked salmon are from L Robson & Sons, Craster where they have been curing kippers since 1865.  They have remained faithful to traditional oak smoking methods and no artificial ingredients, flavourings or colours are used.

served with Hollondaise sauce

Lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon

Croissant filled with scrambled eggs and bacon or smoked salmon

French toast spiced with cinnamon served with a fruit compote and maple syrup


White or wholemeal toast or croissant and a variety of marmalade and jams

Freshly brewed coffee or selection of teas
